I love the layout of the store, as it's quite big and very well designed and layed out. The staff are very helpful when I need assistance and I love shopping in the sales section.
This is a large Cotton On and while it does have all the styles and sales, its is very messy and disorganised.
The staff could use some more training in customer service and look to be more attentive to the customers.
