Based on my experience I would not recommend to sell your property through this real estate not even to my worst enemy! Unprofessional is an understatement! I had to constantly chase the agent for buyer feedback, I had to put pressure on the agent to put on an open home. agent's finger was in one of the photos, made it sound like I was desperate to sell, didn't use a $ sign or spacing in the price, description was written in very broken English, when changes in the advertisement were requested they were ignored until eventually changed after I basically had to harass the Agent. Would not follow up with buyers, didn't want to create a bidding war between buyers - hello that's your job! The list goes on. I'm actually disgusted in the service! Never Ever again will I sign on with them!!!

Absolutely deplorable. Naz Bibi has to be the worst agent I've ever heard of. Left my sister's house unlocked & completely opened to vermin & theft for nearly two weeks after taking someone through. The doors that where left open had deadlocks on them, forced entry would have been obvious. The owner Brian offered nothing but hostility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Coulson Real Estate Inala managed our rental property for seven years and we found them to be prompt in informing us of needed repairs which were attended too quickly.
Inspections were always carried out on time with the information sent through to us.

We would use Coulson Real Estate Agency in the future.

rented for fourteen years all good but for last eight years refused to repair anything then when you then tell them you are reporting it to the RTA they give you a notice to leave and give you a bad reference to make it near impossible to rent again .Then try to claim your bond for repairs they refused to fix for eight years saying they don't have any records of problems reported then say they are going to sue you for cost of renovations of house never deal with this company as they will treat you like scum and never return calls never repair things then if you try to do anything about the problems they then abuse you and down grade your family stay far far far away from them NO 1 in low life real eastate in QLD

Do not go near them. We rented through them for over 8 years. Took a great deal to get them to fix things, and in the end they tried to rort us out of thousands when we left so the owner could do the house up. This was shocking as we left the house cleaner than when we shifted in. Oh and the Owner did go on a spending spree putting security grills, making over the house in total and trying to do this out our expense. Mind you I have now heard of others that they have done this too as well. The tend to think because you have rented a house in a low socio-economic area that they can try anything on.

I will state from the start that i hate real estate agents so this may be biased from the start, however my experience with this business is bad, beyound all expections of a real estate agent, never one time, never return calls, and the attitude
