Country Bumpkin

I came here to buy a christening gown, i walked in the shops and there are so many beautiful gowns dotted around the store just beautiful. i found one i liked and asked to buy it but was told i couldnt as none of the items in the store were for sale they were display only!! i dont even understand how there in business , the women was quite rude about it too. i dont understand how they can have such items on display yet refuse to sell them

This is a fabulous embroidery store with practically everything you might need for a project. If they don't have what you need they mostly can get it for you. The staff are knowledgeable and eager to help. They publish and stock a very large range of books filled with projects.
I could walk around the store all day there are so many projects to admire. They also offer a huge range of classes and some chat and stitch classes also.

Friendly staff. The retail shop is a gem, full of exquisite display garments and everything for a do it yourself project

Country Bumpkin has the best selection of embroidery threads I have come across. A beautiful range and high quality. Has a lovely cottage appeal with great service.
