Going for country drives on weekends is something we love to do in our spare time. Best of all is finding a homely pub to relax for lunch ... especially this place!

As soon as we saw this pub's menu, we settled on this place and glad we did!

The bistro area was small in size but cosy.

The menu had the usual pub favourite meals and so I ordered myself a black angus steak (YUM!!!) and hubby had his usual favourite, chicken parmigiana.

One of my husband's favourite meal is parma, so when he saw there was a variety on offer he was very impressed LOL. He ordered himself the "Spanish" (Napoli tomatoe sauce, salami, capsicum, olives and cheese) priced at $24.90 was reasonable in our opinion.

I had a bite of the parma and it was absolutely delicious and full of flavour, like eating a pizza! LOL

My "beef and reef" steak was tender and full of flavour, especially the topping of the seafood in a cream sauce. It something different that I would usually order on my steak and I was glad to have tried it.

With the mains we had options of having chips or mash potatoes, vegies or salad.

WOW! What a treat we had for lunch and can only speak of praises for this lovely pub!

This business is family friendly as there is a baby change table and high chair for bubs and kids menu for little ones under 12 years.

A small surcharge is charged by the pub if you choose to pay your bill using your credit card.

Highly recommend this pub for a good meal!
