Really friendly staff who were happy to help with a lay-by on a low-price item, and didn't rush the sale despite it being a small one. Helpful and efficient.

Country Road has always been a favourite of mine, I love shopping there. Especially the Carlton store as it is in such a great location and the staff there are really helpful.
The two Country rd stores on Lygon st are annoyingly separated. They are about 50m apart for mens and womens. The stores are fine but the service can at times be a little rude. The range is also a little smaller than say at Chadstone.
