The staff can be very rude and the prices are to high. They need more deals and a larger range of movies. Some more box sets would be nice!

We visit the store every week, the girls in there are fantastic, and are always happy and cheerful. They are good to have a joke with, and are always up to date with new releases that are coming out shortly.
