If your looking for more than your average place to eat and want something a little more finer than do go to Courtney's Brasserie. The menu isnt extensive but it suffices and doesnt lack a quality cooked and presentable dish.
I went with the Organic Chicken Breast, Sweet Potato, Pea Puree, Shimenji Mushrooms & Fried Kale. Glad I did, it was delicious, tasty, tender. Dessert was a affagato that I THOROUGHLY enjoyed.
The staff are attentive and the place itself has a nice atmosphere.

My favourite Fine Dining Restaurant in Parramatta. We always select this restaurant for special occassions - birthdays, anniversaries, valentine's day! Wonderful, romantic ambience. Great service and the most mouth-watering, french-influenced cuisine! Pricing is very reasonable for the style and quality of food. You also get a complimentary taster from the chef, between courses, which I love! I always immensely enjoy my Courtney's experience!
