It was the absolute worst hairdressing experience I have ever endured and cost a fortune. I had to go to my normal hairdresser, who was on holidays at the time, 2 weeks later to "fix" my hair. I went in simply for a colour. When I walked in, I was asked what colour I wanted and, without even showing me a colour chart, a colour was made up and applied. I wanted chocolate brown and came home with close to black. I asked the hairdresser about the colours that were used and knew absolutely nothing about them. When I returned from the basin after the colour was removed, I had colour all over my forehead, which was never removed, and I had huge knots on the bottom 8cm of my hair!! I have never seen anything like it and asked the hairdresser what they had done to my hair. Hairdresser said they simply used the wrong conditioner and proceeded to comb my hair, removing and ripping a great deal of hair in their effort to get rid of all the knots. I had then expected a proper blow dry and instead got a "dry off" and then simply a hot iron to straighten my hair. No product, nothing. I came home with black, extremely dry hair that had been considerably thinned with the violent combing. It was extremely disappointing and cost me close to $200!! If you are going to give yourself some fancy name for the salon, and boast about how great you are, you really need to live up to your own promotion. Extremely disappointing and I would never recommend them.
