We have been using covs now for over a decade. we have a trade account, and while the guys are lovely- boy are they slow!!! Infact I always joke that next time I go- I shall take a chair as I can not stand for too long. How-ever, if you know what you want and live/work nearby and have an account with them , they delivery free of charge, and this is what I do now. Overall, they save us quite a bit of money having a trade account with them so alls good.

These guys have to deal with morons from the public every day and do a damned good job of it. none of us like to suffer fools and in places like this it just slows down the owner/operators and tradesmen who go there with all the right part numbers and needed information to get in and out as quickly as possible.

Trying to find a part for a small car the guy behind the counter was less than no help. He tried to find the part on the computer but I think he may have been playing cards!!! The car is quite new and he told me the bit was not available anymore, he was quite please to give me that info!!!
