Very poor service. Not only are they rude over the phone, they loose your belongings. Not happy at all. Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff. I do not appreciate being spoken to as if I do not know what I am talking about. They do not realise they are stepping foot into someone else's house and are responsible for completing a job properly. Would not recommend this company at all.
