Yes I found there service amassing can't understand the other review maybe it was the other customer I had a fire claim and they helped me with all the cleaning and saved me lots of money as I was under insured
I would never use this company, staff were rude and when I asked questions they could not answer started to get abusive, called the manager and he was not helpful either. They were given to us by the insurance company and I demanded someone else, they were hopeless.
