Since August 2002, Coyote Catering has been making a name for itself in Canberra and the region with its delicious, healthy, southwest American-style cuisine. Although there is a slightly Aussie twist, Coyote Catering's menu has taken a step away from the usual 'modern Australian' and serves food that is jazzy and fresh, fast and fabulous.
