So easy doing business with these guys! They were informative professional and efficient with their services. I'd call them back anytime and i will!
1st time electrician didn't turn up at all. Next time they arrived an hour late and hardly spoke. Apparently he couldn't replace a light switch and get a two way light to work. 2nd time the tech was 3 hours late. We tried calling and couldn't get though on the 1300 number so emailed to which they responded a couple of hours later saying he was running late. When he arrived no apology offered and so uncommunicative. At this point a tile was cracked in our bathroom and I emailed photos and asked them to rectify to which they advised it was already there and only then decided it might be worth apologising for the lateness. Overall poor customer service poor workmanship and poor attitudes!
