I used Craig for a couple issues with lights in my home.
I left him a message on his mobile and he returned the call within a couple hours and made an appointment to come by 1st thing the next day.
He arrived when he said he would and was friendly and efficient. He tested the lights and told me what he was doing and he took the time to explain what the problem was and how to fix it.
Craig also put a blanket down on the floor when he was going to use his ladder to get to the light fittings to make sure his ladder didn't scuff or mark the floor.
I then asked him about installing a dimmer switch after he had finished fixing the original problem. He was able to do it the same day, showed up when he said he would come back and completed installing the dimmer switch quickly and friendly.
I will be using Craig should I have any future electrical problems, I have found him to be prompt, friendly, reliable and he explained things in easy to understand terms. He also answered a couple other general electrical questions for me too.
