I have never had a problem with reception staff or vets. The ladies are always very nice, caring and respectful. The vets look after my dogs with love and care. Will continue to make the 2 hour journey to this vet practice.

The vet was reasonable. However, the wrong dosage of medication was given (more than double the strength he should have been prescribed). Thankfully, I did not give it yet to my dog. I understand everyone makes mistakes but the worst bit was the receptionist/other vet who called was so unapologetic about it all. The service was the most ridiculous part of it all.

Approximate cost: $100

I went to the Vet animal Hospital last Thursday to let the Vet check my sick dog. The Vet did a 2 minutes consultation and asked me to do a full blood test. Receptionists are rude and very quick to get your money out(65 dollars for consultation and 130 for full blood test). After been chasing the blood test result for almost a week, I still don t have any results. I feel like I lost my money and my time at this Clinic and the worst part is that my poor dog is still suffering and I don t know the cause. They only care about money and not to the health of your pets. Also, Receptionist should learn some manners and customer service and remember that they have a job because people are still going there. I will never bring my dog back there, not even if this is the last Vet in Melbourne.

Approximate cost: $230

Where to start...Michael is the best! I will not see any other vet. His fair priced, caring and always there when needed. His saved me a fortune when other vets tried to rip me off and get unnecessary things. Thanks for everything you do Michael!

My dog was diagnosed with mammary gland cancer and needed to have all her mammary glands removed. Was quoted $3000 by the local vet then was recommended Dr Michael Bell at Craigieburn Animal hospital. Took my girl there, was quoted approx $1000! Booked her in, operation went fine, she recovered really well and quickly, drain and stitch removal -2 separate visits- were part of the initial cost so no extra charge. My dog had little to no pain after the opp, and as I said made a great recovery, even though shes a large breed and approx 11 years now! Very impressed and happy! Even though he's about 35 minutes away he's now my vet. Highly recommended!

Our Airedale was limping - saw TWO other vets (one in Eltham, another in Box Hill) and was hit with the super-$$$ cruciate ligament idea on both occasions, with the first step to confirm diagnosis being anaesthetic and xray. Panicked (My Baby!) and drove to Craigieburn to see Michael Bell who checked her feet and accurately diagnosed nothing more than a sprained toe. If we lived closer, I honestly wouldn't waste my time, my peace of mind (or my money) seeing anyone else.

Unbelievable care and compassion during our German shepherds ceaserean. Thank you so much for taking care of her and her seven beautiful puppies. All are well :)
