The receptionists are always friendly and discreete
Bulk-billing is great and so is the walk-in aspect

This is the medical practice we attend as a family. Sometimes I have to wait a few days for an appointment if I want to see a particular doctor but I have got an appointment by walking in off the street when I needed to see someone asap. They staff are lovely there and the facilities are clean and friendly. The pathology being in the same suites is very helpful. Recently after surgery I need dressing changes done and all these were covered under medicare bulk billing as are all my doctors appointments. I noted last visit they are starting up weight loss lectures there as well which is very helpful.

Fantastic staff, always friendly, you can walk in and get an appointment, but I like the fact that there are so many "great" doctors whom take a personal interest in your health and family and make sure that you are well looked after. Now open on Saturdays and until 8pm most nights... it means that they cater to people whether or not they work. It is a bulk billing practice, and they have physiotherapists, psychologists and a gribbles attached to it with a pharmacy within the same complex.

Beats the GP super clinics set up by the government any day. Really happy with the doctors, and generally the service provided.

It is nice to be able to make an appointment and see the same doctor each time, instead of sitting in a waiting room and having to see the next available doctor. I believe it is important to build up a rapport with a doctor and this is possible at this practice. The doctors seem genuinely caring and dont rush through an appointment. The centre bulk bills and is very child friendly. Sometimes there may be a small wait, but it is never too long.

Professional staff, seen very promptly on both occasions when I had a very sick child - no appointment needed. Reception staff obviously well versed in identifying genuinely sick children.

I go here because of location and also because they bulk bill. you have to make an appointment but you never get in on time although the wait isn't usually too bad.
