Craig's Butchery has been providing quality meats in the Pymble area since 1991. Craig brought with him a lot of experience in the meat industry. After completing a 4 year apprenticeship at Lindfield in which he passed with honours, Craig travelled to Canada & the United States of America. Upon his return he worked in a high turnover shop which provided valuable experience which helps make his business so successful today.
The quality of the meat he encountered overseas was inferior & he vowed to provide superior quality meat when he had his own business.
Craig's Butchery has won Multiple awards over the years and an award for Smallgoods Manufacture which is proudly displayed in the shop.

Free range Bacon - 3rd Prize for the Full Rasher Bacon in the Bacon Excellence awards! Judged on a number of criteria by a three person panel Craig's Free Range Bacon picked up 279 points out of a possible 300. Over 40 entries were received State wide and were all judged anonymously!
