Absolutely terrible service. They dont stick to their word, will screw you around constantly and will make every excuse under the sun to win a sympathy vote.
My car was in an accident and my insurance company sent me to them, they had my car for a month and a half, and after sending me a text saying it will be finished by a certain date, i dont get a text until 6.30pm the day before saying my car will be delayed another 4 days. Then 4 days later i am the one chasing them up only for them to get back to me at 5.30pm of another issue with the car.
Three days later again i am chasing them up and they tell me my car will be ready for pick up at 3pm, to arrive at 4.40 and be told to wait as they still havent finished with it.
Spealing to the director kevin he will pull out a sob story about how he is the best in the business and how everyone has shut down and he cant find enough good workers to get the jobs done in time. He will ofd these excuses for half an hour when in reality thats not the way anyome should do business. Absolutely pathetic service dont ever come here.

Absolutely disgusting service. I had my car towed there (from my insurance company) after criminal damage was carried out to my vehicle. My car was handed back over with the incorrect paint colour (my car was a pearly cream and I got a white car back with a little bit of pearl through it) the paint job was blotchy and gunky, the door jams were not done, the sunroof was not done, the thickness of the paint over my car was uneven and dirty, with globs on my headlights. My car was returned without the windscreen replaced, my boot badges were missing and still not handed back to me and my reverse camera was not and still isn't in working order. I intend to take it further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

[redacted generalisations] My car doors were not flush with the car after an accident, insurance company sent me there. I went back three times after each time they told me its 'fixed'. The doors were still not flusing, but each time when they call me they said its fixed and ask me to pick it up. They totally wasted me two months for nothing. And they were rude when i refuse to leave my car with them anymore. Tried to grab my key away, refused to return my car to me until i called the police. Really poor place, poor knowlodge with cars and poor customer service!

Moreover, I went to another bodyshop, one week, they have done the job!

Great friendly service. i have had a hassle free experience during the repairs on my car. Although it was an insurance claim, the process was very fast and my car was out of action for only a minimal amount of time.
