I often went here in the morning on my way to Tafe. Great coffee and a good selection of food including sweets, yoghurt and muesli, health foods, and savouries. Friendly staff and a nice place to visit.

its refreshing to find a cafe with great simple clean food. staff are really knowledgeable when it comes to dietry requirements. My little boy is gluten, nut and egg intolerant and they were extremely helpfull in guiding me through what he could and couldnt eat. Great coffee too although i too agree that it would be great if there was a variety of cakes on offer.

It is so good to find a cafe that specialises in low fat, gluten free food that also serves a good cup of coffee. Would like to see a little bit more variety in the cake section but on the whole its a place to go when you don't want fatty foods in your face.
