The staff are friendly and they're also quite quick at preparing medications, etc, more so than the other ones in Ballarat. The shop does have a lot of expensive items and for that reason I marked value a little bit lower than the other two. The service is good though and I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a regular pharmacy.

This pharmacy is operating outside of legislation and is recording and transferring peoples private details from store to store with out your knowledge. If you like me value your privacy shop somewhere else.

I bought something from this pharmacy that I regularly buy elsewhere and found that it was quite a bit more expensive at this one, which was disappointing because they are very handy to where I work which would have been convenient for future purchases.,

I bought some medicion and one skin cream from this store the staff was very professional and help me to choose the best option that was suitable for my skin ,the know well about their products ,the variety was great ,and they have the best brands

Craig and his staff have always been available for both advice and service whenever I have needed them. Craig and the other pharmacists have been very giving of their time and expertise over the prolonged period that I have been unwell and a high medication user. On the odd occasion I have required an urgent/immediate home delivery they have been prompt and friendly. A cheap Chemist Warehouse has just opened in my neighborhood and while I have checked it out, Crawford's compare more than favorably on a price basis, and I am not prepared to compromise the health and welfare of myself and my family for the sake of 75c.

Crawfords pharmacy at Pleasant Park Ballarat is simply a fantastic. Firstly i have to say that Craig is such a lovely man. Being a first time mum i was often ringing up or heading into the shop saying "is this normal". He never treated me like fool and was always happy to assist wherever he could. His product knowledge of medication is brilliant, allowing me often to walk into the doctors pre informed of what I was referring to. The pricing is competitive and in some cases cheaper than the larger stores who mark up the prices then to give a so called 20% off. NOW for the best part, imagine this, I am a busy mum who works, I then realise I need to order a repeat script or just need some panadol. I simply ring conveniently who conviently hold my scripts on file so i dont loose them, ask them to pull out whatever I need, they then charge it to my credit card that they keep on file and deliver it down to my workplace. I dont even have to leave my seat. The delivery service is just fantastic. Good old fashion service. It sure is nice to go into a shop and see the same familiar faces. The girls are very very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Well done guys, your shop might not be the flashish and serve coffee and cake but that isnt what i go into a chemist for anyway.

My absolute favourite pharmacy in Ballarat - due to the fact that I can go there to speak with Craig (pharmacist) about my children's needs and he is always sympathetic - and has always fixed the problem!! The staff are also very friendly and remember everyones names, which is a nice touch.
