A very busy store crammed full with art, craft, scrap booking & sewing supplies. Classes available. Not many stores in this area with this range of merchandise. Last year they were running a Christmas 'wish list' register - not sure if this is still available but worth asking about.

This shop has a wonderful array of merchandise, however the service and attitude of some of the staff lets them down.

In response to the comments above, I have received the following email.

"Your comments were passed onto to us by a customer - a happy one, and we have quite a few! After nearly five years, we have built a very successful and profitable business in Hervey Bay. We have learnt several things in that time, and one of them is that you can never please everyone. In your case it seems that nothing pleases you, nor can any craft store. You are obviously the sort of miserable person that we trust will never come into our shop again. Perhaps you are the one which requires some counseling, and maybe a few friends!"
