I was delighted with my purchases when they arrived. Unfortunately the bracelet broke before I even got it on. I really appreciated Sarah's response to my initial email and returned the 'Christmas' bracelet on 27 Nov hoping to have it back before December 25. I waited...and waited...and emailed on Jan 6 and waited another week. It was disappointing given that I was not responsible for the quality of the findings.

There was an extra gift when the bracelet was returned but by then, the damage had been done in terms of customer (dis)satisfaction.
