This is a cardio workout in the park which is on every weekday morning. I try to go once or twice a week depending on commitments. The workouts are great and definitely get the heart pumping! The instructor is very encouraging and helps to keep you motivated. I like that I don't have to commit to go and can just go when I have time. There is no special equipment needed and the instructor supplies everything.
