Because of her project management skills and her reliable tradies she was able to complete the job in only SIX WEEKS with an end result that is spectacular. She co-ordinated all trades with perfect precision and assisted to manage budget during the entire project timeline.

We estimate our investment gave us a 2 to 3x return and accelerated the sale of our property in a very weak market – we sold in only three weeks and her transformation attracted a number of interested buyers.

We consulted Angela in mid 2014 to plan renovations to our tired and dated 1970's home in Seville.

Angela prepared a comprehensive report outlining the scope of works and the relative costs involved. She conceived a design which modernised the house but still kept the character of the period.

Angela then prepared a timeline and organised all the trades involved so that the flow of works ran smoothly with no downtime. Her team were all specialists whose workmanship were first class and they were very respectful and a pleasure to deal with.

I first met Angela Cosgrove of Creative Elegance Interiors Pty Ltd in October last year. Our house was looking tired to say the least and we were at a loss where to start with renovating.
I chanced upon Angela’s website and felt that her style was very much suited to us and decided to meet with her to get some advice.
From our first meeting I felt immediately that Angela understood our tastes and requirements and also was impressed at the way she picked up on the personalities of our two daughters.
She knew exactly what they would like/dislike and I felt confident to take the next steps as I loved the suggestions she was making.
Angela presented us with a most comprehensive report that detailed everything you can think of. Colors, flooring, procurements, scope of all works, suggested trades, diagrams and photos etc etc. From there, Angela arranged for all the trades to attend and quote on their scope of the project. She also assisted with sourcing all procurements eg taps, lighting, furniture etc. Once the budget was set and all quotes were in, Angela developed a timeline
for the project and we embarked on a complete house transformation which was remarkably finished within a 6 to 7 week window. A feat we certainly doubted could be done and done so well. Our renovation was complete by late April.

Angela certainly has a knack for project management and had all the trades lined up so there was never any down time. There was always something new to see when we got home each night and I would often receive progress photos throughout the day. I felt that Angela was as excited about our renovation as we were. She was always accessible and always got back to me immediately if I had any concerns. She constantly thought about the project and was very hands on – even helping to load up the numerous skips. I often
received messages from her “What about this ….” or “Maybe we could do this …..”. I knew when I left each day to go to work that the house was in very good hands.

I cannot find words enough to explain how very happy we are with the work Angela has done in transforming our home. We are now delighted to show it off and find it hard to believe all that has happened since meeting Angela last October. There is not a room, cupboard, wall or floor in our house that has not been touched. All whilst “living” at the house at the same time.

Angela’s enthusiasm for her work is so infectious and I really valued and appreciated all her support and guidance throughout the project, and even afterwards. The personal touches that she added were so thoughtful – she even helped me unpack!. There is not one part of our renovation that I would change – other than I wish we had done it sooner.
