When we enrolled to this centre, there were one centre director and one assistant director, they did a great job and the quality of the care is fantastic. However, since they appointed a new director, the quality has deteriorated. There was no much feedback or observation on individual kid. It is more like a babysitting centre rather than a childcare.

The childcare is probably has the highest fee in this region. considering the quality of the care it provides. Value only worth 2 star

Love this centre, my son adores all the teachers and just has the best time. He comes home raving about what he did all day. It’s such a pleasure knowing he’s well looked after.

the centre itself is beautiful and the rooms are a great size, however only upon just visiting the centre, whilst shown the room there were 20 children to 2 teachers when it should be a 1:5 ratio. there was a young girl crying her eyes out in the junior kindy room that was completely ignored throughout our visit, the kids wacking eachother with sweeping brooms, followed by a horrid smell in the room and one rude and uncaring [redacted due to personal identifier]
