Excellent administration staff. I was misguided about CrossRoads Exchanging Policy at centro, Seven Hills.The staff at Seven Hills stated that there was no exchange on sale items as their computer was not taking it in. Secondly, they can not scan the loyalty cards for sale items.
Then I drove all the way to the blacktown branch where the staff explained the exchange policy. They exchanged the items and also scanned the loyalty card.
