CrossFit is a gym that offers $59 a week unlimited classes and training, which is not on a contract - being part of the reason I thought I would try it. For an additional $150 they also offer personal one on one training, but i did not utilize that service.
They offer a range of classes & services designated at different groups and target areas such as crossfit kids, crossfit mums, weight loss etc etc.
The trainers are down to earth, peppy and friendly, so it is a nice environment. The equipment is not lacking. Overall it was a positive experience, and the only thing that tempted me to try other similar services was the price of CrossFit being $59 a week when other gyms offer similar services for that price as a monthly fee.
