Along with the high price, the gym's owner is probably someone you should avoid.

Kristie isn't your typical gym owner. She a vindictive person will try everything possible to embarrass you and make you look terrible in front of the class.

If you want to go to a gym that you can synonymously associate with a high school locker room where you're degraded, made fun of, or talked about behind your back then this place is for you.

Ever since Kristie has taken over the gym, she has made a point of bringing in her personal life and spreading other people's personal lives around the gym.

She has said multiple times how she has no money to fix the gym and how the gym isn't profitable but within a 2 month span has been able to take multiple "family" holidays on the gym's business account.

If that hasn't swayed you away and you decide to go to the box, just know that whenever she is coaching, her knowledge is non-existant, she can't demonstrate movements and a lot of the time comes late or not at all because she's "so tired from working so hard".

Kristie's coached are wonderful and have a breadth of knowledge but unfortunately you can't get away from the constant gossiping from Kristie herself.
