The first thing I noticed at Crossfit Hawthorn East was the setup... it has everything. It has a great vibe and for me, being an inexperienced Crossfit-er, they made me feel more than welcome with my extreme beginner status!
If you are bored with your gym, try CrossFit! It's a different workout everyday, heaps of variety, challenging and FUN. And it has an awesome community vibe. Highly recommended!
