Disgraceful... would never get a watch serviced there. Refused to email an itemised quote, then told me my AUTOMATIC watch was damaged from the battery corroding inside. I rang 12 times asking for my itemised quote over 3.5 weeks. Not once did they return my call.
Then i was told the watch had been serviced after i said not to go ahead, and if i wanted it back they would have to strip it back.
If a company doesnt know the difference between an automatic and a Quartz watch, you know thats a Red flag. I was also told [redacted personal identifier] would call on 2 occasions which never occurred.
Disgraceful +++

I was looking for a gift for myself for my Birthday. I happened to walk past this shop and went in. The ladies that were on were great. I meet Elizabeth who showed me a few items. She wasn't pushy. She was very polite and helped me find what I was looking for. They had some good specials on so I got a good deal in the end. As I looked around at other Jewellers . These guys had the best prices.
