Nic and Adam from Crusader Removals in Perth recently helped me move and I could not have been happier. They were professional, friendly and above all, were willing to work until everything was moved and the job finished. That was from 9am to 10.30pm. I really do appreciate their services and would highly recommend.

Crusaders moved our items inter state. The time frame was longer than expected but given climate events understandable. The people we spoke to were courteous but the information they gave was not accurate. The price increased to become more expensive than other quotes for the same volume. The handling of the good however was our biggest concern. All items turned up covered in pink dust inside and out. Evidence of very rough handling, some break age and years of wear an tear added to all items. Sentimental chair went missing but not itemised on pick up inventory. I wouldn't recommend this company.

If use them make sure you have insurance as they will literally break your furniture right in front of your eyes and say too bad, but that's only after endless calls and emails to even get a reply. They are very responsive to get your business but ignore you after. The workers though are actually nice guys. Their policy for payment on breaking furniture needs to seriously be reviewed.

Waited for over three weeks from date I was told it would arrive for a mattress delivery.

Came with three tears each with sump oil at each point.

Unprofessional. Never once contacted me, me having to chase them

I do not recommend Crusader, 7 weeks and still waiting for furniture. They’ll ignore your calls, make deals with you and then Welch on them.

Up to a few years ago when I changed the industry I worked in (machinery and equipment Auctioneering) I exclusively used Crusader Removals to relocate many forms of office and business contents & equipment to our auction warehouse.

Were were able to arrange mutually convenient extraction times with our clients and we had no issues with handing over the keys to to our premises after hours as well as those of the place of extraction.

Fantastic experience with our house move. The whole team at Crusader made our move stress free and effortless, we opted for the prepack option and we weren't disappointed with nothing broken and the move was done in a decent despite the heat! Would defiantly recommend

Crusader visited my home and gave me a very good quote based on the amount of goods I had to move. The guys on the day were fantastic - they even got our sofa upstairs via the balcony as it didn't fit up the stairs! The move went very smoothly. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Would not recommend these guys for furniture removal, very slow with loading and unloading the truck and we ended up only using them for half the day and doing the rest ourselves as they were just too slow and we were paying by the hour. However the 2 young guys were very friendly and nice. Terrible customer service when dealing with the owner and poor communication skills, not returning calls or emails. wouldnt use again nor recommend.
