Very expensive unfriendly talked amongst themselves. Could not care less about interacting with me. Seemed disinterested in their job and the towels were stained and have seen better days. Would never go back there. Terrible customer service.

Good spot for acrylics and they have good colours. Service is quick and efficient. Book in if you can to guarantee your spot otherwise it may be too busy.

Scam merchants. Charged me twice. Told me it didn’t work the first time. Wouldn’t refun even with receipt and proof of statement. The woman at the counter made me wait while she called her daughter, then her husband, then she said her bank had only charged once. I went to my bank and they confirmed they’d charged me twice. I rang Crystal Nails and they refused to refund. Don’t trust these people. I’d give negative stars if I could

In regards to the people leaving comments about the staff not making small talk with you; their job is to do your nails. Not fake talk. They're not your slaves, they don't have to talk to you apart from asking what you want. You're probably a rude obnoxious customer. Get over yourself.
In regards to their service/workmanship, there is one lady I see regularly who is fabulous.

FUNGAL NAIL I contracted a fungal nail from a pedicure, that took over 3 months to cure. The foot spa was cleaned thoroughly but I don't think their tools are sterilized.

I've been really happy with this nail place and they do a great job on acrylics. They have a nice selection of colours here and this is the only nail place I would go to in Southland!

This is my favourite nail place in Southland- wouldn't go anywhere else but here. Friendly staff, always busy- so you know it's good. Quick and efficient service but they are friendly also :-)

I have had my nails done at crystal Nails a number of times and have always been happy with the results. The lady who did my nails is a little older and very friendly, she remembered after I had come in a few times and asked me how I was. Good value and happy with the results!
