Am not very computer savy unfortunately and strange things were going on with the Internet. Was told by our ISP it was to do with our computer, not the ISP. The young guy they sent out was fabulous. Friendly and efficient. Had the pc up and running in no time. Prompt professional service. Very reasonable charges.
