AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Bought 90 m2 of "porcelain" tiles. Tilers started laying them then I realised they were factory 2nds as well as having permanent marker on sides that sticks out above grout.
CTM won't do anything as it is my tilers fault for not detecting this apparently. No responsibility taken for selling a dodgy product and the most disgusting treatment from management I have ever experienced.
