Our experience with CUA has been very satisfactory. Staff have been responsive, paperwork gets done, phone calls and emails are returned, approvals happen fast and staff are friendly. WHenever there has been confusion, it is resolved professionally. The downside is, there are very few rediATMs in suburban Sydney so we end up paying ATM fees to other banks often enough or having to use EFTPOS to get cash without fees.
