Yes, we called Bianca after reading the below review and she is lovely. the cake is tatste the same as the Cuisine and still covered with delicious almonds. So happy we found afyter many years of seraching

Thanks Annette - I called them we tried the Tiramisu - she makes all the old Cuisine cakes. The Tiramisu is EXACTLY the same as in theold shop.

My family is so happy that we have found them again.

After years of searching and talking to people I found a lady who does the exact Tiramisu from Cuisine Patisserie with the nuts I cannot believe my luck. She uses the same recipe and is Rose Bay. Her name is Bianca and her number is 0403263866, she will only makes you a cake if you order, so it is all freshly made just for your order. So excited I finally7 find her and thought you might like to know for all those that miss Tiramisu.

I was referred and Then referred this business by verbal. Then only to find they are shut. I mean shut! RIP shut. Now I don't know where to find the same cake. I also had an issue with owner but resolved when we joked about it. No matter what I say they will missed. A simple business with a ph/ fax no email/ face book/, owner operator with an attitude and top quality cakes to make up for it.
For all the customers searching the Web to find them Good luck! the last time I was their the owner was getting tired of the whinging retail that have nothing good to say or a simple thank you , however happy to come back and buy the cakes over and over again. Only if I got on this site earlier for the 100 x they got it right and not whinge about the 1 x they got it wrong they might still be around to provide that lovely tiramisu cake with the top end ingredients. At my workplace, we have always ordered and enjoyed cakes from Cuisine Patisserie for all office celebrations. I recently ordered a cake and I was surprised at how rude the man was who took the order was. If it wasn't for my colleagues birthday I would have told him to forget about the order. I am reluctant to order anything else from here. Majority of the cakes are nice, a few favourites are fantastic, but the man who takes the orders is anything but nice and doesn't deserve the business!
I know we are not mean't to write about a particular employee, but the experience was very unpleasant, and whether he is the owner or not, they need someone else to take the orders!

The best cake/Patisserie in Sydney. They offer a wide choice of cakes (pre-ordered ) and we tried at least 50% of what's on their menu. I can't even choose my favourite as they all are absolutly fantastic!
