Just wanted to say thank you so much for the mini cupcakes the other week!

They were so well presented, arrived on time, none of them had tipped over in transit and the photos turned out clearly!

I'm a cupcake snob so it takes a lot to impress me... but Cupcake Occasion did impress me. Their cupcakes are delicious and fresh and they offer an amazing range of flavours (well priced too). My favourites are, well all of them, but particularly the Coconut Creme and Very Vanilla.

The cupcakes are divine. Everything you imagine the perfect cup cake to be. Soft, fluffy, perfect amount of sweetness. And the types they make are amazing. Kids love it here and so do I. yum Yum! The cupcakes are too goo, they never make it home.

I was extremely excited when I got a pack of these goodies from my partner. They were in the cutest packaging, the pink cupcakes looked great and tasted better.

Been here a hand full of times, and each time was as good as the first, great people, and the cakes are so good! If the kids had there way, thay would go there all the time. Thay always taste so fresh. The people make you feel welcome. Its a really noce clean shop, and prices are good.

I bought a couple of vouchers thru a deals website for 2 occasions I had coming up.
Only contactable by email, response time is pretty slow.
The first time went well, the cupcakes were nice although she was very rigid about pick up time, ok we worked around it.
When I went to make the 2nd booking 8 weeks in advance I had no response, so 4 weeks later I sent a follow up email to confirm, I finally got a reply 2 weeks later (now only 2 weeks prior to the date required) only to be told that she is booked out until the day after I requested and cannot fulfil the booking. Now it's not a huge order, 48 mini cupcakes, but now I have been forced to order with someone else (luckily I found someone, whose service so far has been awesome). and I now have a voucher that I don't need!
Overall the cupcakes were nice, nothing spectacular, but based purely on service, I don't recommend this person.
