I purchased a wedding dress which had to be ordered in, I was shown a pale pink colour and agreed on paying the deposit so it may be ordered. When it arrived 4 weeks prior to the event it was not even close to the pale pink colour the owner had shown me, it was bright pink which cheapened the look of the $550 dress. I was told they would do nothing about it.I asked for the owner to call me as it also had flaws in the material, she did not bother to call.When I looked closer at the dress it is made out of very poor quality materal which is fraying at the seams and it has a hole in the lower back seam where the dress does up, IT HASN"T EVEN BE WORN YET

They have some gorgeous gowns here. They not only sell wedding dresses but mother-of-the bride dresses and bridesmaid dresses as well. My wedding dress needing to be altered and even though I didn't buy the dress here, they did the alterations for me and charged very little. The dress was perfect when they had finished it. The customer service was fantastic. There was nothing I could fault them on.
