I am so frustrated with this hair dresser. I asked the staff to only trim my hair a tiny bit and staff cut off two inches! Not good seeing as I have an important event in less than two weeks, I've spent months trying to grow my hair and I only wanted a centimetre or two cut off, not 2 inches! I also asked for my hair to be blow-dried and then straightened but the staff insisted on putting rollers in even after I told staff that I wanted it straight. After the staff had done the blow-drying, I looked in the mirror and there were big kinks at the top of my hair! So disappointed that my hair is going to be short for my event. NOT IMPRESSED!
