Sales representative didn't measure correctly or actually add up the account to the correct amount. I phoned their head office to discuss it and got fobbed off, told that I needed to speak to the sales rep myself. I don't fancy calling some random chick and telling her she can`t add up, head office should be sorting that stuff out. Then the installation guy gets here and announces with in five minutes that he wont install the blind. Im annoyed, they've wasted my time and now I have a window with no covering for who knows how long. They suck, pick another company who will actually get the job done.

Requested quote, measure and installation of curtain tracks, curtains and a blind. Service was mediocre, curtains were unremarkable and tie backs amateurishly finished. Also unavailable, a variety of curtain tracks or rods, tie backs or curtain accessories. Not recommended as the end product (except for the blind) is not as sharp or as polished as you would expect.

Roller blind and 1 venetian was done well, the other venetian was supplied as the wrong colour (3 week wait for replacement).

I had originally asked for 2 roller blinds mounted inside the frame of a sliding door but was talked into buying 2 outside mounted roman blinds as this was apparently a better solution,
this ended as a complete disaster with massive gaps and subsequent lack of insulation, I will end up moving it to another window and buying 2 roller blinds as I originally intended.
The quality of their product and installation is good but if you get them to quote, you're much better off ignoring their recommendations!
