This is the 2nd Curves I have belonged to. Janet and all the girls are very friendly whilst training you in all aspects of the Curves Circuit workout. They have varied competitions you can enter. Loads of information days and raise funds for a few charities. PLUS the workouts are fun to do. The girls are always available to help with the machines, and offer good sensible advice on health and well being.

Curves is a Circuit Gym exclusively for woman only. I find Curves a very pleasant atmosphere to exercise. The Mt. Gravatt staff are incredible friendly and helpful whilst still being professional. There is no descrimination at this Curves facility. The circuit is a good mix of weight bearing exercises mixed with cardio and cool down area. 30 mins is all the circuit and cooling down takes. However, one has been known to linger before and after to converse with staff and other members, as this gym has a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. Good for soul and body.
