I believe in supporting local business however, I WOULD NOT recommend this place for any back up service or warranty service. This mob has faintest idea of service nor meaning of communication to clients. what a debacle, Certainly lost my business as a client.
I waited for 3 weeks in Nov 21 for them to send a technician out to service a gates, No response or communication from them.
Once again, in April 22, I attempted to organize a technician out to service a gates. I was asked to prepay service call out fee in advance. It took another week to organise technician after service fee was paid.
I waited half day for him to turn up but no show. Another week passed and told technician is on holiday until mid August.
seriously, no standard in service, Nil communications, incompetent staff.
There are no after sales service or customer service by this mob.
I highly recommend to source more reputable, reliable business elsewhere than substandard business.
