Customline Concreting

We sincerely regret paying upfront prior to the job being completed. After many calls and messages we never saw him again and the job remains incomplete. The aggregate has holes and marks in it where he has hosed it off too hard (according to a concreter who came to inspect it). He was full of excuses and strange stories when he was in contact and then he just stopped responding.
