Shocking experience! I went for a hair cut and asked for it to be cut shoulder length. The hairdresser proceeded to cut at the back first of all and I could tell it was higher than shoulder length. I questioned her and she said she was 'layering' my hair and that it would not all be that length. When she finished it was barely at chin height, I felt like crying. To make matters worse this cost me $95!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they did not give me my money back!
