I'm more motivated to cook on a weeknight now, because I don't have to worry about chopping all the veggies. My housemates aren't keen on vegetables, but the sauces certainly make eating them easier (the veggies, not my housemates). So we are eating healthier than we used to. And of course, the soup is superb!

Approximate cost: $10-15 each per week

Picked up a roast chook on the way home from work. Time from opening the front door to sitting down with a delicious chicken salad dinner - 4 minutes 47 seconds. Eating healthy has never been so easy :D
