I recently used cutlers service to purchase my first home and it was a bad experience which cost me over double the average conveyancing fees for a straight forward transaction.They were rude when i asked them questions regarding the purchase,I had one appointment with them in which they spent most of the time telling me of their overseas holiday at my expense i found out when upon receiveing the bill.Also one of their staffs were also very rude and not a pleasure to deal with.Overall a terrible and costly service.
