I was put in contact with Iain Cutmore of Cutmore’s Appliance Repairs by Samsung, due to some issues with our refrigerator. Having had less than desirable encounters with appliance repair companies in the past, both in Stanthorpe and Brisbane, I was pleasantly surprised with Cutmore’s.
Iain Cutmore was helpful and friendly rather than dry and unfriendly and showed a real caring attitude in relation to our problem.

Iain, knowing what needed to be done, ordered the parts necessary and made the trip to Stanthorpe soon as the parts arrived. Needless to say, the problem was addressed and the fridge is working like new.

Iain stayed for a coffee and answered many questions we had about other appliances we have (no charge, of course) and was a very intelligent interesting family man.

As far as charges are concerned, Iain charges the same rates his industry does. We all deserve to be paid for our work and skill level and people should not whine just because they don’t want to pay the going rate.

My wife and I recommend Cutmore’s Appliance Repairs to anyone needing appliance repair.

Disorganised, had to borrow some of my tools, Highly inflated parts, stated 35% margin . $75.50 for travel fee to come 5kms from his shop. I found the hourly rate at $88.00 to be excessive.
