Cyren Bar Grill Seafood

We visited Cyren Bar Grill recently, it was our wedding anniversary. We had no booking for dinner, though staff members advised we could wait for 30 mins for a table.

We waited just over 30 minutes and were shown to our table up the back of the venue.

As we had already looked at their menu we knew what to order and we were starving.

Many waiters/staff members walked by and nothing, we asked a staff member if we could order and she replies with "I'll get my colleague".

Many other waiters/waitresses walked past and looked at us, we asked another staff member if we could order and we were told to "wait".

We waited for another 15 minutes for this "colleague" which never showed up, so we left with no meal.

We tried to tell the staff members at the front desk but they ignored us.

I really enjoyed my meal, the chicken was delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff were ok, not super friendly but not rude. The espresso martini was delicious

The food is great, the happy hour deals are good. The dinner menu is great as well. I love Darling Harbour and the overall atmosphere. But the service wasn't the best. Amazing Seafood though.

with a group of friends on the search for a better dinner option after Brazilian BBQ wouldn't let us sit together whilst some had their all-you-can-eat & others order from the normal bar, we came across Cyren. staff were quite friendly & very well organised, with the place set on the harbour with good city views. I ordered the free range stuffed chicken breast for $29 [!] WAY OVER-PRICED in my books, with a few scrawny vege slapped here 'n there. :'( VERY poor value for money, unless you want pizza for under $20
