Beautiful designs so I was excited to place my first order with Czarina. What a mistake! Do not order from this company - I paid for items showing as 'In Stock' and later found out when my order didn't arrive, after numerous calls and emails that went mostly unanswered, my items hadn't even been manufactured as yet!! I contacted my credit card company and received a refund - but it took 45 days and so much frustration trying to deal with this company. NEVER AGAIN. Seriously, save your money and buy a Camilla instead. A much more pleasant experience!!

I cannot give them one star even though I had to, they are the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! Still waiting for a refund for 2 months now - I keep emailing but no response they just ignore you hoping you will go away - I will be contacting the ombudsman to lodge a complaint as they should not be allowed to sell. The dresses I have bought I have removed all the labels and if people comment on them I say I got them somewhere else, I will not give this company any credit - avoid them at any cost!!! The dresses are very average and poor quality !

I ordered a dress on the 30th January. To date has still not arrived. I have emailed 3 times... no response and no one is answering the phone!!!!

Needed to return a dress within 14 days, returned it in 2 days without being worn and with labels and waiting waiting for my refund. No one to talk to on the phone.
Scam company. They have turned off comments on their instagram. I worked a full day shooting video content for them only to get payed nothing and receive no response. My friend also did editing work for them at the same time in which he never received payment. I have proof of emails/work done and them owing me over $2000.

If I could rate them a zero I would. Products were faulty. Looks nothing like it did on their website. Terrible customer service. Have been trying to get a refund from December. They won’t answer my calls or reply to my emails even though I’ve returned their faulty garment. Company is disgraceful.

Worst customer service I have ever received.
My items weren't sent for 15 days and I've tried contacting them on multiple platforms. Spent $600 on them and they don't even have the decency of a reply or explanation. No emails NOTHING, Oh but they've had time to delete the comments on their instagram from me.

Bought item on 7 July, too big,
Received on 13th July and lodged return on 14th July. I sent:
• First email for return 14 July
• Second email followup 27 July
o No answers to either of the above
• Rang office 30 July and spoke with Sales and told to post back for refund, posted back
• Emailed 4 August twice -no answer after they advised they had received my return and were giving me a credit, though I requested a refund as advised by Sales
• Emailed 6 August twice and on second email only when I complained about the terrible customer service and my posting to face book did I get a reply
After further complaints about not answering emails I was told the matter was now referred to the "Finance Department" -
After continual complaints with Sales, as no one else replies, they advised business flow has been slow - Well answer my emails!!!!
Guess What! it's now 17th August and still no reply
Also a survey was sent and I replied Did not get item – still no reply - don’t even care if I ever received the product

I was waiting for weeks for the item to be delivered and had to return it . They did not refund me and I had to open a dispute. I wish that I never ever had to deal with Czarina. Utterly unprofessional .
They are dreadful - similar experience for me - theres a reason why theres not an easy way to review these crooks
I have bought many czarina kaftans /tops/ jackets/capes from online stores and i am extremely happy it is worth every dollar glamorous to the max thank you.
