My 70yr Mother with hair to her sholders went in & asked for a trim... Hmm well lets just say NOW she has hair that is spiking up in the back, more like one of those mullet hair cuts that you would get from a barber that uses clippers. The staff couldnt even been bothered finishing off the blow dry so the staff made my mum walk home in the winter with wet hair! Great customer service. I honestly dont reccomend them to anyone.
